FOR MEY’S WINTER COLLECTION, WE PRODUCED A SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN IN A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SETTING: THE SNOW-COVERED LANDSCAPE OF THE ZUGSPITZE. FILMING AT GERMANY’S HIGHEST MOUNTAIN CAME WITH UNIQUE PRODUCTION CONDITIONS — WITH NO DIRECT ROAD ACCESS, THE TEAM AND EQUIPMENT HAD TO BE TRANSPORTED TO THE LOCATION BY SNOWMOBILES.

WORKING WITH TWO CAMERA TEAMS IN PARALLEL, WE PRODUCED A LARGE VOLUME OF SOCIAL CONTENT IN A SINGLE PRODUCTION DAY, INCLUDING 23 REELS AND A SERIES OF PHOTOS. THIS PARALLEL WORKFLOW ALLOWED FOR A HIGHLY EFFICIENT PRODUCTION WHILE MAINTAINING A STRONG VISUAL STANDARD ACROSS ALL CONTENT.

THE CAMPAIGN WAS STRUCTURED AROUND THREE CREATIVE CONTENT DIRECTIONS. ONE SERIES OF REELS FOCUSED ON GENERATING ATTENTION THROUGH STRONG VISUAL MOMENTS AND HUMOROUS SITUATIONS, WHILE ANOTHER HIGHLIGHTED THE PREMIUM FEATURES, MATERIALS AND FIT OF THE PRODUCTS. IN ADDITION, A DEDICATED SET OF CONTENT WAS DEVELOPED SPECIFICALLY FOR THE HOLIDAY SEASON, CREATING CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR’S MOMENTS THAT FIT NATURALLY INTO THE WINTER SETTING.

DESPITE THE CHALLENGING CONDITIONS OF THE LOCATION, EACH REEL WAS CAREFULLY STAGED WITH SET DESIGN, CLEAR VISUAL CONCEPTS AND CINEMATIC CAMERA WORK. THE RESULT WAS A COLLECTION OF SOCIAL CONTENT THAT COMBINES PLAYFUL STORYTELLING WITH A HIGH-END VISUAL AESTHETIC WHILE PRESENTING THE BRAND’S PREMIUM FASHION IN AN AUTHENTIC AND ENGAGING WAY.
